目的了解女子强制戒毒所(以下简称“戒毒所”)警察职业倦怠的发生情况及其与自我效能、社会支持的相关关系。方法采用《一般情况调查表》、《Maslach职业倦怠问卷通用版》、《领悟社会支持量表》和《一般自我效能感量表》对254名女子戒毒所警察进行问卷调查。结果女子戒毒所女性警察情绪耗竭维度得分高于男性(P<0.01);工龄>15年的女子戒毒所警察情绪耗竭和去个性化维度得分均低于工龄≤15年者(P<0.05);职务为办事员或科员的女子戒毒所警察情绪耗竭维度得分高于副科级以上者(P<0.01);工作中接触获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者的女子戒毒所警察情绪耗竭维度得分高于工作中不接触者(P<0.05)。偏相关分析结果显示:女子戒毒所警察的职业倦怠的情绪耗竭、去个性化和低个人成就感维度得分与自我效能得分均呈负相关(P<0.05),情绪耗竭维度得分与社会支持的其他支持维度得分呈负相关(P<0.01),去个性化维度得分与社会支持总分及其家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持各维度的得分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论女子戒毒所警察职业倦怠因性别、工龄、职务及工作类别而异,职业倦怠和自我效能及社会支持存在一定程度的相关关系。
Objective To understand the occurrence of occupational burnout and its relationship with self-efficacy and social support in women’s compulsory drug rehabilitation center (hereinafter referred to as “drug rehabilitation center”). Methods A total of 254 female drug addicts in the police were surveyed using the General Survey, Maslach Job Burn Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale and General Self-Efficacy Scale. Results Female detoxification police scores higher than male ones in emotional exhaustion dimension (P <0.01). Police desensitization and individualized dimension scores of female detoxification police workers with working years> 15 years were lower than those of working years ≤ 15 years (P <0.05). The detoxification rate of police detoxification was higher than that of dengkou (P0.01). The detoxification rate of police detoxification workers who worked with patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome was higher than that at work No contact (P <0.05). The results of partial correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the emotional exhaustion of job burnout and the dimensions of personality depersonalization and self-efficacy of low personal accomplishment (P <0.05), scores of emotional exhaustion dimension and other social support (P <0.01). There was a negative correlation between scores of individualized dimensions and social support scores, family support, friend support and other supportive dimensions (P <0.01). Conclusion The job burnout of female drug addicts varies according to their gender, length of service, job title and work category, and there is a certain degree of correlation between job burnout and self-efficacy and social support.
