一、前言我厂6T地坑式空气侧吹转炉,渣中∑FeO在35—55%之间,生产采用上小下大的8吋锭模。这种工艺生产出来的钢锭内部缩孔严重,并且缩孔表面被大量夹杂污染,轧制时不能焊合,造成轧裂。我厂80年3月实行退废制度,那时因钢锭缩孔造成轧裂的钢占炼钢车间总废品量的47.6%,尤其在轧制小元钢时,轧裂钢占钢锭总废品量的82.4%。钢锭质量差不仅增加了炼钢车间的退废量,而且给小轧车间的生产带来很大困难。一支缩孔废品经常引起后面几支钢坯不能继续轧制而报
