作者对阿司匹林用于治疗糖尿病引起的末梢神经障碍作了研究。 15例糖尿病患者,其中13例有自觉性末梢神经障碍,2例虽无自觉症状,但末梢神经传导速度低下。在继续应用胰岛素或磺酰脲药物治疗的同时,每日给予阿司匹林35mg/kg,分3次饭后口服,共3周。停药3周后,分别调查其自觉症状、膝腱反射、测定腓骨神经传导速度,评价治疗效果。结果表明,糖化血红蛋白值为7.6~12.8%,平均10.4%,其浓度变动控制在1%以内。7例下肢疼痛的患者,有5例显著减轻,1例完全消失;6例足背、足底或足趾麻木的患者,有4例减轻。7例膝反射减弱的患者服用阿司匹林后显著增强,2例膝反射消失的患者服药后得以恢复。对右下肢腓骨运
The authors studied the use of aspirin to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Thirteen patients with diabetes mellitus had conscious peripheral neuropathies, and two had no symptoms, but the peripheral nerve conduction velocity was low. While continuing to use insulin or sulfonylurea medications, they were given aspirin 35 mg / kg daily for 3 weeks after 3 meals.
