超轻GRC复合多孔隔墙板(下称GRC复合隔墙板)是天津市人民建材制品厂和天津市建材科研所共同研制成功的专利产品(专利申请号 91110702.9)。现已建成年产10万平方米的生产线。该板的板面由GRC构成,夹心部分为抽孔的无砂大孔陶粒混凝土。产品规格尺寸:厚60毫米、宽一般为600毫米、长2540～3000毫米。误差:长<±5毫米、宽<±3毫米、厚<±3毫米。
Ultra-lightweight GRC composite porous partition board (hereinafter referred to as GRC composite partition board) is a patented product jointly developed by Tianjin People Building Materials Products Factory and Tianjin Building Materials Research Institute (patent application number 91110702.9). An annual production line of 100,000 square meters has been built. The plate surface of the plate is composed of GRC, and the sandwiching part is sand-free, large-porn, ceramsite concrete. Product size: 60 mm thick, 600 mm wide and 2540-3000 mm long. Error: Length <±5 mm, width <±3 mm, thickness <±3 mm.
