四金化石胶囊１．１ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ可使实验性胆红素结石豚鼠血清的Ｔ－ｃｈ、ＴＧ明显降低，而ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ、ａｐｏ－Ａ１升高。肝组织超微结构观察表明该方能修复损伤的肝组织，并恢复其功能。３．２ｇ／ｋｇ的四金化石胶囊作用不明显。
Sijin fossil capsule 1.1g/kgig can significantly reduce T-ch and TG in serum of experimental bilirubin stone guinea pigs, while HDL-ch and apo-A1 increase. Ultrastructural observation of liver tissue showed that this side can repair damaged liver tissue and restore its function. 3.2g/kg of four gold fossil capsules is not obvious.
