培养料是蘑菇生产的物质基础。培养料的合理配方和发酵,直接关系到蘑菇的增产。蘑菇培养料“后发酵”技术,是澳籍华人张树庭来华进行学术交流时介绍的。一九七九年,诸暨县副食品公司在诸暨县科委、商业局的重视和支持下,安排了八个点进行蘑菇培养料后发酵与常规发酵的对比试验。试验结果:培养料后发酵的6300平方市尺菇床,秋菇总产量7529.3斤,产值9355.26元,平均每平方市尺产菇1.2斤,产值1.48元;而采取常规发酵作对照的6300平方市尺菇床,总产量只有4976.9斤,产值5745.45元,平均每平方市尺产菇0.79斤,产值0.912元。两者相比,产量增加51.8%,产值增加62.2%。

Test results: 6,300 square feet of shiitake mushrooms fermented after cultivation of materials, the total output of autumn mushrooms 7529.3 kg, the output value of 9355.26 yuan, an average of 1.2 kg per square foot production mushrooms 1.2 kg, the output value of 1.48 yuan; and conventional fermentation control 6300 square Ruqin bed, the total output of only 4976.9 kg, the output value of 5745.45 yuan, an average of 0.79 kg per square foot of mushroom production, output 0.912 yuan. Compared with the two, the output increased by 51.8% and the output value increased by 62.2%.
