摘要：在日常的计算机系统维护过程中，大家可能都会碰到一些软件方面故障，有些问题可能是比较严重的情况，导致系统的崩溃，不得不需要重新安装系统，这个时候，作为系统维护员的工作量就大很多了。有些问题可能就没有那么大的问题，不至于影响系统的运行，但会影响系统的一些操作，该文讲述的故障现象就是属于后者，下面就来介绍它的来龙去买脉。

Windows Server 2008 R2, 64 Bit System Failure Repair one Case

Abstract: In the day-to-day computer system maintenance, we might run into some software failures, some problems may be more serious, leading to the collapse of the system, have to need to reinstall the system, this time, as the system maintainersworkload. Some questions may be no big problem, and will not affect the operation of the system, but the impact of system operation, fault phenomena described in this article belong to the latter, the following is to introduce it to the dragon buy clock.

1背景
去年，公司为了加强信息化的管理应用工作，新购了两台服务器，由于硬件方面的要求，也就相应的购买了能够更好支持硬件的WINDOWS SERVER 2008 R2 64 BIT的网络操作系统，有一台服务器系统架设配置成文件服务器，另一台则架设配置成其他的应用，以提高工作站的数据存储效率和其他应用能力。
2故障现象
系统架设好了，各种应用也正常，想着得给系统安装系统更新了，由于受到网络的限制，没能下载系统的更新SP1，直接让服务器系统连接更新服务器进行更新，经过很长时间的下载之后系统进行自动的更新，更新完毕，重新启动系统则出现Windows server 2008角色和功能都不能打开，并显示错误，如图1：

按照提示要求，在诊断-事件查看器-应用程序和服务日志-Microsoft-Windows-ServerManager-Operational中找到显示错误日志：

对于系统运行维护过程中出现的错误现象，我们IT人员应该从多方面着手去寻求解决的办法，这样就能够更好的保证公司的网络系统更好地、安全稳定地运行。
