新汶矿务局南冶煤矿建矿二十几年来,坚持“安全第一”的方针,始终把安全生产工作摆在突出位置,曾创出全省煤炭系统安全生产“三连冠”的称号。近两年来,为适应新形势的要求,该矿坚持依法从严治矿,从严管理,又创出连续安全生产893天的好成绩,从而保证了其他各项经济技术指标的顺利完成,并保持了质量标准化特级矿井称号,1992年被省煤管局命名为安全生产先进矿,连续六年被授予省级文明单位称号,连续十二年被泰安市评为社会治安先进单位。提高法律意识增强法制观念依法治矿是适,应现代化建设的客观要求。在企业步入社会主义市场经济的新形势下,搞好煤矿安全生产工作必须遵循安全法规,做到“三变三不变”。
