本文通过对109例急性CO中毒病人的随访,探讨了急性CO中毒病人患病数年后身体健康状况。结果表明,(1)26.6～62.4％的病人仍存在有神经衰弱综合征,但与中毒时比较已有明显好转,(2)其后发症主要表现为神经衰弱症状、健忘、感觉减退、表情淡漠、反应迟钝、肢体瘫痪等,后发症的间歇期为3—51天,平均23.3天。(3)急性CO中毒病人视野各子午线的平均值均小于对照组,两者相差非常显著(P<0.01)。
In this paper, 109 cases of acute CO poisoning patients were followed up to explore the health of patients with acute CO poisoning after a few years of illness. The results showed that: (1) 26.6 ~ 62.4% of patients still have neurasthenic syndrome, but compared with poisoning, it has been significantly improved; (2) The main symptoms of neurasthenia, forgetfulness, sensory decline, facial expression Indifferent, unresponsive, paralyzed limbs, etc., the duration of post-mortem is 3-51 days, an average of 23.3 days. (3) The mean value of meridian in patients with acute CO poisoning was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.01).
