文章在肯定中国海事局对外交流和国际合作取得辉煌成绩的同时,分析了国内海事行政执法的部分现状,对如何进一步提升海事行政执法能力给出了建议。
While affirming the splendid achievements of China Maritime Safety Administration in its foreign exchange and international cooperation, the article analyzes the current status of domestic maritime administrative law enforcement and gives some suggestions on how to further enhance the ability of law enforcement in maritime administration.
