为了提高上海男子中长跑运动员训练的科学化水 平,使他们能在重大比赛中为国争光,同时也为引起广 大中长跑教练员对大运动量练习后的放松整理练习手段的重视,我们对上海市男子中长跑运动员在大运动量练习后的放松整理练习连续进行了两个月的跟踪调 查。结果发现,上海市男子中长跑运动员无论在对待大运动量练习后的放松整理练习的态度上还是在对待大运动量练习后的放松整理练习所起的作用的认识上都存在严重不足。另外,他们在大运动量练习后的整理练习上所花的时间以及所采取的手段,同国外的优秀的 中长跑运动员相比,都存在着显著的差距。具体表现在以下几个方面:
