Carbon monoxide is one of the major detrimental factors in the production of iron. This article on an ironworks from 1969 to 1981 occurred during the 200 emergency results show that the main causes of carbon monoxide poisoning are the following. (A) ranking first is due to illegal operations caused by poisoning. A total of 83 cases, accounting for 41.5%. After the production or overhaul tasks are issued, some grassroots cadres seldom consider taking necessary precautionary measures in order to complete their production tasks and can not strictly require workers to follow safe rules and regulations. For instance, after the completion of the new No. 7 blast furnace in 1977, the iron was put into production within a limited period of time. Due to the time constraints, the cause of carbon monoxide poisoning caused by carbon monoxide poisoning was neglected. The results in the table below.
