转录因子NF-E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是机体内一个重要的保护性转录分子,广泛分布于机体的各个器官中。在生理状态下,Nrf2以非活性形式存在于细胞质内;当机体处于应激状态时被激活,并通过多种途径来增强机体的抗氧化、解毒、抗凋亡等功能。其中,以Nrf2和抗氧化转录元件(ARE)为核心的Nrf2-ARE信号路径就是Nrf2增强机体抗氧化、解毒功能最重要的保护性信号路径。文章对有关Nrf2-ARE信号路径细胞保护作用的研究进展进行综述。
The transcription factor NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is an important protective transcriptional molecule in the body and widely distributed in various organs of the body. Under physiological conditions, Nrf2 is present in the cytoplasm in an inactive form; it is activated when the body is stressed and enhances its antioxidant, detoxifying, anti-apoptotic functions through a variety of pathways. Among them, the Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway with Nrf2 and the antioxidant transcription element (ARE) as the core is the most important protective signaling pathway by which Nrf2 enhances the body’s antioxidant and detoxifying functions. This review summarizes the advances in the cytoprotection of Nrf2-ARE signaling pathways.
