目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)猕猴桃果汁对降低血清、红细胞丙二醛 (MDA)含量及提高机体免疫球蛋白水平的作用。方法 测定 SOD猕猴桃果汁服用前后正常妇女红细胞 MDA及血清 MDA、免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M的含量。结果 SOD猕猴桃果汁服用后 ,红细胞与血清 MDA含量显著降低 ;免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M均呈上升趋势 ,Ig G与 Ig M上升尤为明显。红细胞与血清 MDA含量与免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M均呈上升趋势 ,Ig G与 Ig M上升尤为明显。红细胞与血清 MDA含量与免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M均呈负相关 ;血清 Ig M与红细胞与血清 MDA含量呈显著负相关 ,Ig G与红细胞 MDA含量呈显著负相关。结论 纯天然 SOD猕猴桃果汁具有抗脂质过氧化、降低血清和红细胞 MDA含量、提高免疫球蛋白 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M的作用。
Objective To study the effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) kiwifruit juice on reducing serum and erythrocyte malondialdehyde (MDA) content and improving immunoglobulin levels. Methods The levels of MDA, serum MDA, IgA, IgA and IgM in erythrocytes of normal women before and after taking SOD kiwifruit juice were measured. Results After using SOD kiwifruit juice, the contents of MDA in erythrocyte and serum were significantly decreased. The immunoglobulin Ig G, Ig A and Ig M showed an upward trend, especially in Ig G and Ig M. Erythrocyte and serum MDA content and immunoglobulin Ig G, Ig A, Ig M showed an upward trend, Ig G and Ig M increased especially. Erythrocyte and serum MDA levels and immunoglobulin Ig G, Ig A, Ig M were negatively correlated; serum Ig M and erythrocyte serum MDA content was negatively correlated, Ig G and erythrocyte MDA content was significantly negatively correlated. Conclusion Pure natural SOD kiwifruit juice has anti-lipid peroxidation, reduces MDA content in serum and erythrocytes, and enhances the effect of immunoglobulin Ig G, Ig A and Ig M.
