本文提出把氨基酸变成N(o)-七氟丁基正丙酯衍生物,然后用自制的SE-54和OV-17玻璃毛细管色谱柱分离,用带有氢火焰鉴定器的气相色谱仪进行测定。因为采用二种色谱柱互为补充,可以较满意地分离23种不同的氨基酸。
