天津开发区保税区已有来自世界100多个国家和地区的投资者来此落户,建有外商投资企业1万家,包括摩托罗拉在内的世界500强企业有50家在两区落户,投资总额达到220亿美元,从业人数达到20余万人。在这个“地球村”,多种文化和价值观在这里掸击、融合。开发区保税区党工委,紧密结合区内外资企业的特点,把党建工作、思想政治工作同建设企业文化结合起来,进行了一系列积极的探索,收到了明显的效果。
Tianjin TEDA Bonded Area has investors from more than 100 countries and regions in the world come here to settle in. There are 10,000 foreign-invested companies, and 50 of the world’s top 500 companies, including Motorola, have settled in the two districts. The total investment has reached US$22 billion, employing more than 200,000 people. In this “global village”, various cultures and values are attacked and integrated here. The Party Working Committee of the Bonded Area of the Development Zone closely integrated the characteristics of the foreign-funded enterprises in the region, combined party building work, ideological and political work with the building of corporate culture, and carried out a series of active explorations, which had received noticeable results.
