大平面砂轮型磨齿机以加工精度高著称,主要适用于插齿刀、剃齿刀和标准齿轮加工。由于被加工工件材料(高速钢和硬质合金)硬度高,而砂轮的工作部分厚度较薄,刚性差,导致了加工过程中砂轮和工件相对位置的变形,即工件的齿形误差。只能采用较小的磨削用量,或者多次无进给磨削,严重影响磨齿效率。因此,许多国家对提高大平面砂轮型磨齿机效率,进行了大量的研究。本文主要介绍苏联莫斯科磨床厂,从保证达到齿轮磨削高精度前提下,研制的控制展成速度,改善接触点移动速度磨齿法,电化学磨齿法和砂轮周边磨齿
Large flat grinding wheel type grinding machine known for high precision, mainly for shaper cutter, shaving cutter and standard gear processing. As the workpiece material (high-speed steel and hard alloy) high hardness, and working part of the wheel thickness of thin, poor rigidity, resulting in the processing of the relative position of the wheel and the workpiece deformation, that is, the workpiece profile error.
