监所检察是检察机关法律监督的重要组成部分,对刑罚执行和监管活动的监督是法律赋予监所检察的重要职责。监所检察工作目前在干警素质、监督机制、监督手段、程序操作等方面都还有些问题,需要进一步提高监督水平、健全监督机制、加大监督力度,以促进监所检察工作的全面发展。
