近年来,改进薄弱学校,加速优质名校的辐射,着力实现整体教育均衡,加快教育资源空间结构调整,创新教育资源组织形式,已逐渐成为基础教育发展的新常态。在新常态下,一种一体化“挂牌”试验学校的组织形式被广泛使用,运用法国著名社会学家布迪厄的资本-场域理论对这种形式的试验学校发展过程中出现的问题进行探究,构建出新常态下一体化试验学校的三种发展模式:兼并式办学、连锁式办学和集团化办学。
In recent years, it has become a new normal for the development of basic education to improve the weak schools, speed up the radiation of high-quality elites, strive to achieve a balanced education as a whole, speed up the structural adjustment of educational resources and innovate the organizational forms of educational resources.
