四柱式万能液压机结构简单、通用性强,在汽车、机械、冶金、轻工等行业中使用较多,但因立柱的润滑系统存在缺陷,以致立柱容易拉伤,表面剥落,出现沟槽。笔者走访和调查了许多用户,他们都认为这是一个带普遍性的问题,维修时间长,且难于根治,周而复始地造成恶性循环。我们对YA32-500四柱式万能液压机的立柱多次拉伤进行了认真的分析和研究,发现立柱拉伤的主要原因是由于立柱上部的润滑不良所致。立柱润滑系统原结构如图1。当压机的活动横梁作上下往复运动时,润滑油经润滑油孔流入活动横梁与立柱之间,对立柱的下部进行润滑,但立柱的上部由于压盖内槽装有防尘毛毡,将立柱上的润滑油几乎全部刷去,即使在外上部加油
