This article aims to demonstrate that the immunogenicity of the RSV-A G protein 130-230 amino acid region (G2Na) after fusion with the serum albumin binding region (BB) of Streptococcus G protein (BBG2Na) Which can be used as candidate RSV vaccine. BALB / c mice aged 6-8 weeks were injected subcutaneously with 1 dose of G2Na or BB at different concentrations
