本文对剖宫产术时放置节育环52例进行配对对照前赡性研究。结果剖宫产放环组与对照组在产后子宫复旧、体温、恶露干净时间、宫缩痛及并发症方面均无明显差异。剖宫产放环组随访1年时,继续存放率79.6%,提示本法是安全、有效、可行的一种产褥早期节育措施。
In this paper, 52 cases of cesarean section placement of IUDs were matched before control study. Results Cesarean section and control group in the postpartum uterine involution, body temperature, lochia clean time, uterine pain and complications no significant difference. Cesarean section release ring group follow-up 1 year, the continuation rate of 79.6%, suggesting that this law is safe, effective and feasible an early pregnancy birth control measures.
