最近,弋阳县档案馆在搬迁过程中,发现一件土地革命时期的珍贵文物——“赣东北苏维埃人民土地委员会土地使用证”。该证长27厘米,宽23厘米,毛边纸,石版印刷,毛笔填写,题头为“赣东北苏维埃人民土地委员会土地使用证”,该持证人为胡金良,家庭成份工人,全家6口人,系弋阳县六区三乡西川人(注:今为弋阳县中畈乡芳墩村委会西川村民小组,也是吴克华将军的家乡),发证时间为1932年1月,加盖“赣东北苏维埃人民土地委员会”公章和村土地委员印章。中国共产党始终代表着工农劳苦大众的切身利益,实行土地革命,实现耕者有其田,这是处在半封建、半殖民地的旧中国亿万农民群众的根本要求,也是他们的切身利益。1927年2月24日在江西省召开第一次全省农民代表大会时,担任中共江西省委农委书记兼省农协会秘书长的方志敏,就在大会上致开幕词指出“几千年来被压迫被剥削被轻视的我们,此次因组织了农民协会,才能在江西政治中心地点——
