目的探讨纤维桩在磨牙残根残冠修复中的临床应用。方法将磨牙残根残冠病例68例随机分为纤维桩组(1组)和金属桩组(2组),随访观察6、12、24个月。结果纤维桩组无牙体折裂,1例修复体脱落;金属桩组根折4例,脱落5例。结论纤维桩在磨牙残冠残根桩冠修复中固位好,临床操作方便节时,性能优化于金属桩核,具有极大的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of fiber posts in the restoration of molars residual crown. Methods Sixty-eight cases of residual molar crown were randomly divided into two groups: the fiber pile group (1 group) and the metal pile group (2 groups), followed up for 6, 12 and 24 months. Results There was no tooth fracture in the fiber pile group, 1 case of prosthesis shedding, 4 cases of root fracture in metal pile group and 5 cases of shedding. Conclusion The fiber post is well anchored in the residual crown of the residual crown of molars, and its performance is optimized to the metal post core. It has great clinical value.
