由黑龙江省牡丹江地区十个林业企业局主管多种经营的副局长、公司经理和技术人员组成的考察团一行38人,在管局副局长张万忠的率领下,于1987年8月27日到吉林省集安县和浑江市临江林业局进行了考察.共考察了18个点,14个项目.主要是种植业、养殖业和加工业等3个方面.通过这次考察,对发展多种经营的认识,宏大而适度的经营规模,科学的经营管理水平,栽培技术的措施等受到了很大启发,概括起来有以下几点:
A delegation consisting of 38 supervisors, deputy managers, managers and technicians in charge of ten branches of forestry enterprises in Mudanjiang Prefecture, Heilongjiang Province, led by Zhang Wanzhong, deputy director of the Administration, went to Jilin on August 27, 1987 Province Jian County and Hunjiang Linjiang Forestry Bureau were inspected.A total of 18 points, 14 projects, mainly three kinds of planting, breeding and processing industries.Through this study, the development of a variety of Management awareness, ambitious and modest scale of operation, scientific management level, cultivation techniques and other measures have been greatly inspired, summed up the following points:
