Based on the number and nature of lymphocyte chromosomal aberrations in blood, the consequences of mutagenicity on the body and, to some extent, the hereditary effects of future offspring can be judged. The study of the impact of tuberculosis patients and various anti-tuberculosis drugs on chromosomes aroused great interest.
