车削图1所示偏心套,因偏心距要求严格,且偏心圆和基准A还有同心度要求,所以我们设计了此夹具。在C620车床上使用,把夹具心轴1安装在三爪夹盘的顶尖上,用鸡心夹头固定,按图2所示装夹,用尾座顶尖顶紧后加工。车好一端后调头按上述方法装夹车另一端。偏心夹套4起定位和夹紧作用。夹具制作的关键在于心轴1和偏心夹套4的顶尖孔的加工精度。加工时可把心轴4(图3)安装在立铣工作
