随着电信行业的不断变革,我国电信行业中的不足之处也逐渐凸显出来。面对不断变化的市场竞争,电信行业如何在经济转型的背景下重新获得市场竞争优势,提升企业的财务管理职能,进而提高企业的综合竞争力,是目前电信企业的主要发展目标。因而本文针对目前我国电信财务的管理现状进行了分析,进而希望在我国电信行业战略转型的背景下可以充分发挥财务管理职能,提升企业的综合竞争力。
With the continuous transformation of the telecom industry, the shortcomings in China’s telecom industry are also gradually highlighted. In the face of ever-changing market competition, how the telecom industry regains market competitive advantage in the context of economic restructuring, enhances the financial management functions of enterprises, and enhances the overall competitiveness of enterprises are the major development goals of telecom enterprises at present. Therefore, this article analyzes the status quo of China’s telecom finance management, and hopes to give full play to the financial management functions in the context of the strategic transformation of China’s telecom industry to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
