5月23日,建国以来最大国资拍卖——深圳航空公司65%股权公开拍卖一事终于水落石出。短短的17分钟内,深航控股权以27.2亿元的价格易手到两家联合竞拍的民营公司手中。此前,多家媒体曾估计此次竞投中享有优先竞购权的国航,会成功将深航股权,由现时持有的25%增加至90%。除了国航,还有未经证实的消息表示,深航65%的股权很有可能已内定当代集团接手。
May 23, since the founding of the largest state-owned auction - Shenzhen Airlines 65% stake in the public auction has finally come to an end. Within a short period of 17 minutes, Shenzhen Airlines’ controlling stake shifted to the hands of two jointly-run private companies for a consideration of 2.72 billion yuan. Earlier, a number of media have estimated that Air China, which enjoys a preferential right to bid in the auction, will successfully increase its equity interest in Shenzhen Airlines from 25% currently held to 90%. In addition to Air China, there are unconfirmed sources that a 65% stake in Shenzhen Airlines is likely to have been decided by the current group to take over.
