新生儿自发性胃破裂并不多见,我们在参加农村卫生革命工作中遇到1例,报告于下。患儿男性,4天龄,第一胎足月顺产,于生后次日开始呕吐,每日7～8次,仍能吮奶,哭声响亮,反应尚好。生后第3天下半夜开始反应变差,不吮奶,少啼哭,全身冰冷。翌晨家属见患儿身冷,面色苍白,口唇发绀,左侧阴囊逐渐肿大,约在1小时内由核桃大增至鸭蛋大,遂于1976年1月22日上午10时送来卫生院。入院当时反应极差,肤色苍白,唇周发绀,四肢冰冷,体温不升,呈潮式呼吸,心音低弱,心率80次/分,心律不规则,肺无罗音,腹胀,以上腹为甚,无肌紧张,肠鸣音消失,脐有少许分泌物,左侧阴囊大如鸭蛋,表面充血,稍有渗出。入院后拟诊为新生儿败血症,即予补液,静滴四环素、氢化可的松、5％碳酸氢钠,肌注青、链霉素,并用山梗菜碱。尼可刹米等兴奋剂,
