提起博客,一般的人很容易联想到的是“木子美”的性爱日记与“芙蓉姐姐”搔首弄姿的照片,但对于地产圈的人来说,他们更多想到的是“莲花山论剑”(搜房网的博客窗口)与地产博客网中那些精彩的论断与见解,在传统媒体中,人们是无法获取这些信息的。博客到底是什么?只怕能准确说出其意思的人不多。其实“博客”是英文单词的音译,它对应两种单词:一是blogger,指人;二是blog、web log或weblog(又译为网络日志),指一种表达个人思想、带有链接的出版方式,内容按照时间顺序排列,并且不断更新。它是继Email、BBS、ICQ(IM)之后出现的第四种网络交流方式。
