钢铁厂的电力系统不仅规模大而且复杂,因此要求操作人员具有与电力公司人员一样的知识和经验。但是随着自动化操作程度的提高,增加了操作人员的工作负荷,加之由于对电力故障的处理能力训练不足等,造成有关处理电力系统故障的技术、技能和知识水平趋于下降。在这种情况下,开发了即便是少数经验不多的操作人员也能进行运行操作的支持电力系统操作的专家系统,并导入实机应用。
The power system of a steel mill is not only large and complex, requiring operators to have the same knowledge and experience as power company personnel. However, with the increase of the degree of automation, the workload of operators is increased, and due to the lack of training on the handling capacity of power failures, the technical, skill and knowledge level of dealing with power system faults tend to decrease. In this case, an expert system supporting the operation of the power system, which can be operated even by a small number of inexperienced operators, has been developed and introduced into the real-world application.
