前三季度,我国石油和化学工业克服了宏观经济下行压力,确立了经济运行企稳趋快的态势。特别是三季度中后期,经济增速开始加快,效益触底企稳,投资持续快速增长,出口有回稳迹象。1～9月累计,全行业总产值8.92万亿元,同比增长10.7%;完成固定资产投资1.23万亿元,增速达29.1%;进出口总额3220.7亿美元,增长10.4%。1～8月,全行业实现利润总额4676.4亿元,同比下降15.0%;主营业务收入7.7万亿元,增长9.2%。预计全年总产值增长约11.5%,主营业务收入增幅9.5%左右,利润总额下降约11%。
In the first three quarters, China’s oil and chemical industry overcame the downward pressure on the macro-economy and established a trend of stabilizing the economy. Especially in the middle and late third quarter of the third quarter, the economic growth started to accelerate, the bottoming out of the economy, the sustained and rapid growth of investment, and the signs of stabilization of exports. From January to September, the total output value of the whole industry was 8.92 trillion yuan, up 10.7% over the same period of last year; 1.23 trillion yuan of fixed asset investment was completed, an increase of 29.1%; the total volume of imports and exports was 320.27 billion U.S. dollars, up 10.4%. From January to August, the total profit of the entire industry was 467.64 billion yuan, down 15.0% over the same period of last year; and the main business income was 7.7 trillion yuan, up 9.2%. It is estimated that the output value of the whole year will increase by about 11.5%, the revenue from main business will increase by about 9.5% and the total profit will drop by about 11%.
