经济新常态下,中央和山东省委都把提升农业农产品质量和效益作为中心。加强农产品质量安全和品牌建设,是增强农业竞争力的关键,是全省农业经济的中心和重点。再创我省苹果生产新优势,提高市场竞争力,“量”是基础,“质”是核心。2010年开始,省财政厅、农业厅启动实施了现代农业发展资金苹果产业项目,在其引导推动下,一场重在提“质”的新栽培模式正在全省各地蓬勃兴起。矮砧集约高效栽培模式,是世界苹果生产先进国家普遍采用的栽培技术,新栽培模式的推广应用,在我省苹果产区引发了一场果树栽培制度转型升级的革命。
