“共同富裕”是我们的发展目标,贫富差距的日益拉大,既不利于经济的健康、持续发展,更不利于社会的长治久安。缩小贫富差距是一个十分紧迫的课题。欲缩小贫富差距,就要给“后富者”一个好的致富环境,现在的环境怎样呢?毋庸置疑,“先富者”因为其富,往往占尽优势,“后富者”因为其穷,常常处于劣势,这种环境不改变,只会使富者愈富,穷者愈穷。给“后富”一个好环境,以下几点尤为重要。
