结合永贵五凤煤业有限责任公司开采实际地质条件,提出适用于该矿三软煤层巷道的工字钢架棚与锚杆联合支护、预应力桁架锚索支护以及弧形支架与锚索梁联合支护3种可行的支护方案;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,通过对这3种支护方式分别进行数值模拟,并对各种支护方式下的巷道稳定性进行分析。结果表明:在这3种支护方式中,预应力锚索桁架支护方式能有效控制该矿三软煤巷的围岩变形。
Combined with the actual geological conditions of Yonggui Wufeng Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the paper puts forward the joint support of I-beam steel shelves and anchors, the support of prestressed truss cable and the support of arc bracket and anchor Three kinds of support schemes of cable-beam joint support are proposed. By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the three kinds of support modes are respectively numerically simulated and the roadway stability under various support modes is analyzed. The results show that in the three support methods, prestressed anchor truss support can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the three soft coal roadways.
