番木瓜环斑病毒PCR检测技术研究

建立了检测番木瓜环斑病毒 (PRV)的免疫捕捉 PCR (IC PCR)法、ELISA PCR法和巢式 PCR法 ,它们分别能从 10 - 4、10 - 7和 10 - 14 稀释度的番木瓜叶粗汁液 (所含鲜叶组织的量分别 0 .5ug、0 .5ng和 5× 10 - 6ng)中检测出PRV。

An immunocapture PCR (ICPCR) method was developed for the detection of papaya ringspot virus (PRV). ELISA and nested PCR were performed respectively. The results showed that papaya ringspot virus PRV was detected in the leafy juice (containing 0.5 μg, 0.5 ng and 5 × 10 -6 ng of fresh leaf tissue, respectively).
