静注克班宁5mg/kg能使BaCl_2引起的大鼠心律失常迅速转为窦性节律;可明显提高乌头碱引起大鼠室颤和死亡的用量;能减少CaCl_2所致大鼠和氯仿所致小鼠的室颤发生率和死亡率;但不能提高豚鼠心脏哇巴因中毒的耐受量。
Intravenous Kebaning 5mg/kg can rapidly convert BaCl 2 -induced rat arrhythmia into sinus rhythm; it can significantly increase the dosage of aconitine-induced rat ventricular fibrillation and death; and can reduce CaCl 2 -induced rats and chloroform. Induced ventricular fibrillation incidence and mortality in mice; but can not increase the tolerance of guinea pig heart ouabain poisoning.
