近期,福建省农科院农业生物资源研究所成功制备出一种番茄青枯病植物疫苗胶悬菌剂。研究人员在前期研究中筛选到一株对番茄青枯病防效好,性状稳定的青枯雷尔氏菌无致病力菌株FJAT-1458,并利用该菌株研发青枯病植物疫苗。将菌株发酵液制备成胶悬剂,适宜参数为:琼脂终浓度为2.0‰、氯化钠终浓度为2.0%、pH为7.0。在此条件下,胶悬效果最好,质地均匀,无上下分层。进一步试验了植物疫苗胶悬剂对番茄青枯病的防治效果,结果表明,该胶悬剂能
Recently, the Institute of Agricultural Biological Resources, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences successfully prepared a tomato bacterial wilt disease vaccine colloidal suspension agent. In the previous study, the researchers screened a non-pathogenic strain FJAT-1458 that has a good control effect on tomato bacterial wilt and a stable trait of Ralstonia solanacearum, and used the strain to develop a bacterial wilt-resistant plant vaccine.
