房地产去库存是我国供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。我国房地产库存是在房地产行业快速发展、房价迅速攀升基础上形成的,并具有深刻的体制性原因,这就决定了去库存问题无法一蹴而就,而必须和房地产长远发展相结合,逐步去除库存产生的根源,并为房地产行业健康可持续发展创造条件。在当前影响较大的两个去库存设想途径中,政府购买的途径不可行,通过劳动力转移而解决去库存的途径短期内难有效果,但是对房地产行业的长远发展具有战略意义。
