目的探讨截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将120例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,治疗组给予截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定治疗,治疗3个疗程后评定临床疗效。结果治疗组临床综合疗效总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状、体征总积分均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论截敏祛风汤联合氯雷他定能显著改善过敏性鼻炎患者的临床症状和体征。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of “Xie Min Qu Feng Decoction” combined with loratadatin in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given loratadine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with “Chie Min Qu Feng Decoction” and loratadine. After 3 cycles of treatment, Clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate of clinical comprehensive treatment in the treatment group was 96.7%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.3%, P <0.05). The total effective rate of the TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 95.0%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.3%, P <0.05). After treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the total score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Chuntan Qufeng Decoction combined with loratadine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis patients.
