研究了新显色剂2-羧基-4-溴苯重氮氨基-4-苯基-2-噻唑与铂显色反应。在混合表面活性剂TritonX-100和SDS存在下,于pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,铂(Ⅳ)与该试剂形成1∶2的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于510nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铂量在0.01~2.0mg/25L范围内符合比尔定律,用于催化剂中铂的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of 2-carboxy-4-bromobenzene diazoamino-4-phenyl-2-thiazole with platinum was studied. In the presence of mixed surfactant TritonX-100 and SDS, platinum (Ⅳ) forms a red complex with this reagent in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.0) at a ratio of 1: 2 with a maximum absorption wavelength at 510 nm. Absorption coefficient ε = 5.9 × 105L · mol-1 · cm-1, and the amount of platinum in the range of 0.01-2.0mg / 25L accords with Beer’s law for the determination of platinum in the catalyst with satisfactory results.
