大型油缸内孔加工,由于其直径大,长度长,因此要达到较高的加工精度和光洁度就显得比较困难。最近我们在某工程油压启闭机大型油缸的内孔(见图1)加工中,采用了“宽刃刀镗削,多轮珩磨”的工艺方法,加工质量稳定可靠,方法简便。现介绍如下:一、精加工前的准备工作(1)机床准备。油缸的内孔加工在TA21150深孔钻镗床上进行的。为了确保加工质量,加工前应对机床进行检查修整,检查重点为:(a)电气线路和元件应工作正常、安全可靠,确保加工中途不会出现停车事故。(b)中心架滚轮应完好,径向跳动应≤0.01mm。(c)钻杆支承套与钻杆间隙不宜太大。
Large cylinder bore processing, due to its large diameter, long length, so to achieve high precision and finish finish is more difficult. Recently, we have adopted a “wide blade knife boring, multi-wheel honing” process in the inner hole of a large hydraulic cylinder of a hydraulic hoist (see Figure 1). The processing quality is stable and reliable and the method is simple and convenient. Are introduced as follows: First, the preparatory work before finishing (1) machine preparation. Cylinder bore processing TA21150 deep hole boring and milling machine. In order to ensure the processing quality, the machine tool should be checked and trimmed prior to processing. The inspection focuses are as follows: (a) The electrical wiring and components should work normally, be safe and reliable, and ensure that there will be no parking accident during processing. (b) Center frame roller should be intact, radial runout should be ≤ 0.01mm. (c) Drill pipe support sleeve and drill pipe clearance should not be too large.
