《小学语文新课程标准》中强调“语文课程应致力于学生语文素养的形成与发展。语文素养是学生学好其他课程的基础,也是学生全面发展和终身发展的基础。”由此可以看出语文课程在任何学科中的地位是不容忽视的。同时《新课标》又提出“写作能力的高低是语文素养高低的重要标准之一。”从而不难看出作文在小学语文中的重要地位。
