本文通过实证分析,指出高职学生群体的专业、个人能力、性别以及家庭背景等因素会对他们的职业选择产生影响。从专业的角度来看,他们更有可能选择与专业领域相近的工作;而从个体能力和性别的角度来看,女生或成绩较好的学生倾向于选择较为稳定的非技术类工作,而男生或是成绩一般的学生会倾向于获得社会经济地位高而稳定性相对较低的职业;从学生家庭背景的因素来看,父亲学历的提高会使得学生降低选择“专业技术”类的工作而同时选择相对稳定非技术类职业。
This paper, through empirical analysis, points out that the professionalism, personal abilities, gender and family background of higher vocational students have an impact on their career choices. From a professional point of view, they are more likely to choose jobs that are similar to those in their field of specialization. From an individual and gender perspective, girls or better-performing students tend to choose more stable non-technical jobs, while boys Students with average grades tend to gain careers with high socioeconomic status and relatively low stability. From the perspective of students’ family backgrounds, the increase of their father’s academic qualifications will make students reduce the choice of “professional skills” At the same time choose a relatively stable non-technical occupations.
