目的:建立野菊花中绿原酸的HPLC分析方法,并对10个产地的市售野菊花药材进行分析,考察野菊花药材的质量。方法:采用AgilentXDE-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸-水(18∶1∶81),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为327nm,柱温为20℃。结果:不同产地的市售野菊花药材的绿原酸含量差别很大。结论:所建立的野菊花中绿原酸的定量分析方法重复性好,专属性强,简便迅速;对10批药材的分析结果表明野菊花药材质量差别很大,有必要进一步加强质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC analysis method for chlorogenic acid in wild chrysanthemums, and analyze the commercially available wild chrysanthemum medicinal materials from 10 producing areas to investigate the quality of wild chrysanthemum medicinal materials. Methods: Agilent XDE-C18 column (4.6mm×150mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-glacial acetic acid-water (18∶1∶81). The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 327nm. It is 20°C. RESULTS: The chlorogenic acid content of commercially available wild chrysanthemum herbs from different origins varied greatly. Conclusion: The established quantification method for chlorogenic acid in wild chrysanthemum has good repeatability, specificity, and rapidity. The analysis of 10 batches of medicinal materials shows that the quality of wild chrysanthemum herbs varies greatly, and it is necessary to further strengthen quality control.
