家庭因素对成都市2~6岁儿童饮奶行为影响

目的探讨家庭因素对儿童饮奶行为的影响,为有针对性地改善儿童饮奶状况提供参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,于2014年4—5月在成都市选取2所幼儿园707名2~6岁健康儿童作为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集儿童基本信息、近3个月饮奶行为(饮奶频率及饮奶量)及其家庭因素(家长饮奶行为、家长奶类知识、家长对儿童饮奶态度、家长学历及家庭经济收入)等信息,分析家庭因素对儿童饮奶行为的影响。结果家长奶类知识知晓率达到80%的占55.87%(395/707)。儿童饮奶率为98.59%(697/707),每日饮奶率为84.58%(598/707),日均饮奶量≥300 m L的比例为61.67%(436/707)。Logistic回归分析显示,家长日均饮奶量≥300 m L、每天饮奶、饮奶年限≥10年及鼓励儿童饮奶是儿童饮奶 Objective To explore the impact of family factors on the behavior of children drinking milk and provide a reference for improving the status of children drinking milk. Methods A total of 707 healthy children aged 2 ~ 6 years from 2 nurseries in Chengdu from April to May 2014 were selected as research objects. Through questionnaire survey, basic information of children, behavior of drinking milk in the past 3 months Drinking frequency and amount of drinking milk) and their family factors (parents’ drinking behavior, knowledge of parents’ milk, attitude of parents to children drinking milk, parents’ education and family income) and other factors, analyzed the impact of family factors on children’s milk drinking behavior . Results The awareness rate of milk knowledge of parents reached 80%, accounting for 55.87% (395/707). The rate of children drinking milk was 98.59% (697/707), the daily milk drinking rate was 84.58% (598/707), and the average daily drinking amount of milk was more than 300 m L was 61.67% (436/707). Logistic regression analysis showed that average daily drinking amount of parents was ≥ 300 m L, daily drinking of milk, drinking milk ≥ 10 years, and encouraging children to drink milk
