评课是教师基本功之一,也是教师教学过程中必需面对的问题。精彩的评课有利于开课教师全面认识自己,促进专业生长;有利于对其他教师起引领示范作用,实现共享发展;有利于展示评课教师的魅力,实现自身成长;有利于形成良好的教研氛围,促进学校教育发展。评课的对象、地点、时间不同,教育的方式也应有所改变,因此教师要根据实际情况进行评课,否则就会眉毛胡子一把抓,千篇一律,评课失去了科学性与艺术性,评课效果也就大打折扣。
