玉米是首先利用杂种优势的作物。在玉米杂交育种工作中,选配杂交亲本的重要依据是亲本的配合力。所以亲本的好坏,除其基本性状外,主要取决于配合力的高低。玉米亲本自交系配合力及遗传力的高低,目前还难从植株外部形态上准确地判断,还需要通过配合力及遗传力的测定来鉴别。本文采用数理统计的方法,分析研究自选自交系主要数量性状的配合力和群体遗传力等遗传参数,以探讨亲本自交系数量性状的遗传规律,并鉴定自选自交系的利用价值和提高“取舍组合”的效果。
