俗话说,知彼知己,百战不殆。为使培训工作进行得更有针时性、实用性,2002年初《每周电脑报》CEO/CIO 大学在全国范围内,面向我国中小企业高层管理者进行了一次市场调研活动。其结果显示,他们在企业信息化建设中明显反映以下几个重点问题:紧迫感十分强烈,被访地区96.7%以上的企业在中国加入 WTO 以后对信息化建设有着十分强烈的紧迫感,企业领导层对信息化建设具有很高的重视程度,对企业在信息化基础上的腾飞报有很高的期望。但是绝大多数的被访企业面对中国入世和国内外激烈的市场竞争,还没有找到行之有效的解决方案,和促使企业进一步产生生机与活力的切入点。注重在信息化建设中的投资,仅2001年对 IT 投入100万及以上的企业就占到了全部被访者的70.8%;资金到位率较高的占79.9%;其中软件投资占总体投资50%左右的企业有60.1%。他们在调查中表示,2002会进一步加大对企业信息化的投资力度。

In order to make the training work more timely and practical, the CEO/CIO University of the Weekly Computer Newspaper at the beginning of 2002 conducted a market research activity for senior managers of Chinese SMEs nationwide. The results show that they clearly reflect the following key issues in the construction of enterprise information: The sense of urgency is very strong. More than 96.7% of the enterprises in the visited regions have a very strong sense of urgency for information construction after China’s accession to the WTO. Layers have a high degree of emphasis on the construction of informatization, and there are high expectations for companies to take advantage of the informatization. However, most of the interviewed enterprises have not yet found effective solutions to China’s accession to the WTO and fierce market competition at home and abroad, and they also have an entry point for further growth and vitality. Focus on investment in information construction. Only enterprises that invested 1 million or more in IT in 2001 accounted for 70.8% of all respondents; 79.9% of funds had a higher rate; software investment accounted for 50% of total investment. About 60.1% of companies are located. They said in the survey that 2002 will further increase investment in enterprise informationization.
